Most residents purchase a family house when they arrive as interns for between $90,000 and $130,000 for a three or four bedroom house close to work. They usually sell it at a 5-10% increase in equity upon leaving the program three years later, having saved three years of rental costs. The housing market is stable and very reasonably priced.
